Black Rice
Sorry, this article is still on the stove but when it is ready, by Sant Jordi (April 23) you will have a small insight into Catalan cooking, a recipe - the sexy Catalan dish   arṛs negre (black rice, pictured)-and, gulp, horrifying pictures of how to deal with a fresh cuttlefish.

I am hoping that the food page becomes a Review regular and I am on the look out for the 'odd' in food. So expect recipes on cooking horse, humans and field mice. Possibly.
